My guest on the show today is David Cooper. Dave is an experienced physiotherapist and spends his days treating weekend warriors to athletes at the top level. He’s worked with many sports, from rugby to rugby league, to water polo, to Olympic level triathlon and more recently the New Zealand Breakers basketball team. As well as some of our top junior and senior track and field athletes.
Dave has a passion for kids. He’s one of the best guys in the business when it comes to youth sporting injuries. Today, we discuss injuries in youth athletes in depth. Why they happen? And how to prevent them. He also has some great advice for parents, make sure you listen out for that.
