The other night I watched these guys killing it on the TV show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’.

I was blown away by their athleticism.

Their footwork on the ground and body awareness in the air is exceptional!

It made me think. How did these guys get so good? Many hours of practice I’m sure (performed in deserted parking lots apparently). But what else? What does their practice environment look like? What motivates them to put all the hard work in? Do they have a coach? Who gives them feedback?

I wonder what coaches of youth athletes can learn from dancers? I have no doubt it’s worth some investigation.
