We all know the benefits that exercise have; study better, feel refreshed and more self-confident, but as a teenager if you don’t belong to a sports club or a fitness centre, getting your weekly workouts can be difficult

AUT Millennium Gym’s new Group Teen Fitness classes are here to help!

GTF is for teenagers aged 13 – 16 wanting to get active after school in a fun, friendly and safe environment.

Choose from four different styles of classes; Pilates, Hip Hop Dance, Spin or Boxing, under the watchful eye of our experienced group fitness instructors in our world class facilities. Classes cater for all levels with an emphasis on having a good time!

Monday -Yoga Teen (It is not about touching your toes it is about what you learn on the way down)

Tuesday -Hip Hop Boss Dance (ever felt that dancing makes you feel like you can do anything  well now it will make you feel like a boss, with dance battles and choreography to some really cool music)

Wednesday -Spin It (Riding to some cool and funky sounds while toning and shaping your body)

Thursday – Teen Boxing – boxing is about channeling that built up frustration and hitting pads so you can hit the books later feeling refreshed)
