My guest on the show today is Dr. Jeff Moreno, a true movement enthusiast and one of the most interesting guys I know when it comes to developing it. After leaving school at the age of 16, Jeff studied Kinesiology went on to receive a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California.

Jeff now resides Santa Cruz, California, where is the director of Precision Sports Performance Running specializing in the assessment and rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries, and has worked with U.S., Canadian, and Chinese running champions as well as Olympic and World Championship medalists. Jeff is also the founder of Move2Thrive, an organisation dedicated to helping young people thrive physically, cognitively, and psychosocially by teaching them the basics of movement.

In a recent trip to the U.S., I was lucky enough to spend some quality time with Jeff talking movement and youth athlete development.
