Patrick is Athlete Development Manager here at AUT Millennium, having served as a Lead Coach for over five years. After finishing a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Auckland, he subsequently completed his PGDip in Sports Science and Coaching at AUT. Within AD, Patrick oversees a team of qualified coaches who deliver training and support for youth athletes of all levels of talent and competitiveness. He’s passionate about improving the quality of experiences that youth athletes are getting in their sporting lives. The objective for Patrick and the team at AD is to better prepare young athletes for whatever’s coming next - helping to build more robust, resilient, confident and curious young people who can tackle whatever life and sport throw at them in the future.
